Q: When will my order ship?
A: At Your Internet Rx, we ship orders M – F. Order placed before 3:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are usually shipped on the following business day. We do not ship process or ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Q: How do you ship orders?
A: We ship all orders by next day FedEx.

Q: What states do you ship to?
A: Due to government regulations we do not ship meds to all states in the US. We currently do not ship to the following states: KY, MO

Q: How do I track my order?
A: When your order is approved and shipped, you will receive an email with the FedEx tracking number for your order. You may track your order by going to www.fedex.com and entering in the tracking number provided. You may also track your order on our website by going to www.yourinternetrx.com, clicking on the Order Status link, and entering in your Order # and Email Address.

Q: Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
A: Yes, we require an adult signature for all orders.

Q: Will my order come in discreet packaging?
A: Yes all orders will come in a standard FedEx envelope and will be marked as from Y.I.R Inc

Q: Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
A: Sorry we cannot ship to P.O Boxes.

Q: Do you offer Saturday delivery?
A: Yes we do offer Saturday delivery for orders placed on Friday by 3:00 PM EST.

Q: Do you ship orders Internationally?
A: Sorry we ship only ship orders within U.S, we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, or Internationally at this time.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: Currently we accept payment via major credit card and PayPal. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Your order may be cancelled up until the time it is approved and shipped by the pharmacy. Due to government regulations we can not cancel your order once it is shipped.
